Clubbing for Charity!

There is an upcoming Clubbercise charity event at Carlisle’s Sands Centre. But what is it?
Clubbercise is a fun, easy-to-follow dance workout in the dark! Workout with glow-sticks to all the best 80’s & 90’s club anthems in a nightclub atmosphere – minus the heels and hangover of course!

It’s like re-living you clubbing days, exercise in disguise! And because it’s in the dark it’s great for anyone who is self concious, doesnt want to exercise in a gym or has two left feet. Its all about having fun.

There will be a massive ‘Clubbathon’ class on Sunday the 30th April 2017 at The Sands Centre. Doors open at 1.30pm. Anyone over the age of 16 can take part. It is also fancy dress and clubbers are encouraged to wear anything that glows under UV light!

You can book now by visiting (using password BOOYAH).
It is £10 to book and all proceeds go to Carlisle Eden Mind
Regular clubbers who attend the 7 sell-out classes across Carlisle at the Pirelli Social Club, Currock Community Center, The Belah Center & Harraby Community Campus are also being sponsored. As the event lasts 2 and a half hours it does have some breaks for party games, prizes and raffles.
