Fitness by the Fells!


You don’t need to be insane to try these classes!

The next Fitness By The Fells day is on Saturday 18th March at Penruddock Village Hall, in the Lake District National Park.

Fitness By The Fells is in its 3rd year of running and is an event to promote freelance fitness in the community.  It is organised by Debbie Jackman of Get-Active and is well attended by individuals from Eden and further afield.

The organiser Debbie Jackman, fitness instructor and personal trainer at Get-Active, Penruddock said “I believe people should have the opportunity to try a variety of exercise classes. Fitness By The Fells plus Penrith Fitness both enable individuals to find out and try exercises that are on their doorstep.”  She adds “There really is something out there for everyone.”

This Saturday participants will enjoy Insanity (simple moves that work) by Jen Allan-Relph, Join The Band (Pilates using resistance bands) by Liz Riley, SOSA (solo salsa dancing) by Beth Ford and BalletFIT (fusion of Pilates, yoga and ballet) by Diana Yerkess.

Debbie Jackman has been teaching fitness for over 10 years.  She enjoys helping people in small groups or on a one to one basis feel great and get the most out of life.
